Welcome to our exciting Relax & Recharge mini-retreat! Our aim is to provide you with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The mini-retreat features a variety of activities that are sure to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world!

First up, we have our massage station, where you can indulge in a relaxing massage that will melt away all your stress and tension.

Enjoy soothing sound bowls where you can immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of singing bowls. The gentle sounds and vibrations of the bowls are known to promote relaxation and reduce stress.

Treat yourself to a New Year glow with our express facial. Where you can relax while your skin is treated with care. 

And of course, no event is complete without snacks! We'll have sangria, hot chocolate, tea, and snacks for you to enjoy, while you partake in the event activities.

Finally, we have our mini market, where you can browse and shop for various unique and artisanal products  (maybe even get some Christmas gifts out of the way) From crystals, candles, and relaxing oils there's something for everyone.

If you get there and choose to participate in the Sound Bath session, Express Facial, or get a Massage, you may pay for each individual service when you arrive.

There will be two Sound Bath Sessions happening at 1pm and 3pm.  

(If you plan on attending the Sound Bath, please bring a yoga mat and anything you'd like to help you feel cozy and relaxed.)
